Rules not applying to cart
Check rule priority order, verify condition scope, and flush any page-caching plugins that may be serving stale prices.
WooCommerce Blocks compatibility
PricingArch extends the Store API for block-based cart and checkout. Requires WooCommerce 8.0+ and WordPress 6.4+.
License activation fails
Confirm your license key, ensure the site URL matches the activated domain, and verify your server can reach our licensing API.
Migrating from Pricepep
Follow the step-by-step migration guide in the docs. Most rule types map directly — complex stacked rules need manual review.
Date/time rules not firing
Confirm your WordPress timezone is set correctly under Settings → General. PricingArch uses the site timezone, not server time.
Fees appearing incorrectly at checkout
Checkout fee support requires WooCommerce 8.2+. Also check for theme overrides of the checkout template.
BOGO promotions not triggering
Review the trigger product and free product fields. Ensure the cart meets the minimum trigger quantity before the rule fires.
Slow rule evaluation on large stores
Enable static rule caching in PricingArch → Settings. Stores with 50+ rules see the largest improvement.
